Executive + Creative Producer | Founder – Mouche Phillips
Experienced executive arts specialist with a 40-year history working in the performing arts industry. Starting as a child actor at age 11 in film and tv, Mouche began her producing career when raising her young family in her 20’s. Over the last 30 years she has built a long list of producing credits in major theatre work, touring live theatre, short film, television commercials, large art festivals, NYE events and live music events.
Mouche was recently a recipient of the Regional Producer Elevator Program grant via Screen Producers Australia and Screen NSW to develop film and tv content and looks forward to bringing her wealth of industry knowledge to her slate of projects currently in development for both screen and global streaming platforms.
Junior Producer | Actor – Ava Milman
Ava is an actor and junior producer at Hoopla Films, stepping into her inaugural role with a strong passion for visual storytelling and creative collaboration. A recent HSC graduate with High Distinctions in Art, Drama, and Visual Arts, Ava brings a multidisciplinary perspective to every project.
With a focus on social media storytelling and digital narratives, Ava explores how film and online platforms intersect to engage young adults and modern audiences. Ava thrives on translating stories into compelling visual experiences that resonate across screens, continuing Hoopla’s commitment to innovation and authentic storytelling.
